Dealership provided a car for my convenience during the repair. xx the car for other maintenance and found I needed an updated module, which was replaced. All the work was completed same day, handled in a very professional manner,

Service
Brought my G37 in for service. Needed an oil change, tire rotation, brakes and brake flush. Was in and out quickly with a loaner car great service. Marc was fantastic. On a sidenote Eric Hopkins needs a new picture with the email that was sent with this survey. A selfie isn’t real professional.

Libbie Niswonger as my service provider is quite competent in every respect. She is knowledgeable and professional, with a caring attitude to boot. All of the employees in every category that I encountered, from the call center to route my appointment to service rendered and providing a loaner car regarding my visit were excellent. Thorough & efficient service!!
Received a card in the mail letting me know it was time for my 15000 service and then two days later my light came on in my car so I called on Monday to set an appointment at 10:00 am Tuesday to bring my QX80 in for it's annual service, oil change and also wanted it detailed inside & out. Dropped it off at 9:45 and they had a QX80 loaner waiting for me. I received text messages throughout the day letting me know status of what they were doing with my car and then an hour before it was ready they sent me a text to get ready to come pick it up. Only waited about 10 minutes once I got there to pick it up so had a cup of coffee and Danish in the waiting area. My car looks & smells great.
