Oil change, misc fixes
Marc Cooper was very professional and got the problems resolved. Had an oil change, rubber molding on top of the car, and pin for the gas cap installed.

Excellent service
The representative ( Libby ) is excellent at her job - she coordinated from start to finish and was very professional . It was prompt , reasonably price and completed all requested items and pointed out some additional items , which I appreciated.

Sales staff very good
Glenn Reames is very professional. Low pressure, very knowledgeable and frank. Hope to buy another car through him. Felt like he was a true professional, more like a lawyer or accountant than the cliché of the car salesman.

Great Service
My service experience at Infiniti is always excellent. The car wash was a little lack luster this time and doesn't appear to have been vacuumed at all, but Frank is always great at explaining what I need done and what my options are. I really appreciate how easy and stress free the process is, especially getting a loaner car.

Very Helpful and Professional
I gave this rating of Excellent because of the extreme helpfulness and professional disposition of the Service Rep., Danny, who attended to my request for Service. Danny was helpful in a number of ways: he kept me informed about progress; he pointed out some discoveries such as the need for an alignment and rear break pads; he asked if I needed a loaner car; and he gave me a estimated when the Service would be completed. And when it was all done, he walked me to my vehicle and shook my hand. I also met with Eric. Both of these men are consummate professionals who put the needs of the Customer first. They not only talk about customer satisfaction, they demonstrated it in their behavior and manner. This was perhaps my best experience at Cool Springs Infiniti. Thank you Daniel Gibran

Soooooo the service and accommodation received was excellent. however, the $221.00, was a bit overpriced for a battery though. I was definitely surprised when I received the invoice....

They where very helpfully. Going the extra mile to keep you happy. I wasn?t expecting a courtesy car. My wait wasn?tlong at all. They even had my vehicle washed when?s I went to pick it up.
