From the minute I got to the dealership they were very professional and attentive to my needs. I had a very knowledgeable and down to earth sales rep. I had my 8 month old son with em, which made it hard at times to test drive and look at different vehicles, However, Rob made things very easy and not stressful with the whole transition. Took my QX80 in for its 15000 mile service plus oil change & detail. I had made an appointment so Ryan was waiting for me when I arrived & had a loaner car waiting. He kept me up to date all day via text on when to expect my car to be ready. When I came to pick it up it looked amazing from the detail. Very happy with the whole experience.
