Always professional, great communication and very helpful with us just moving to the area from out of state. Would definitely recommend them to anybody I know. Best dealership hands down.

Regular maintenance - special service

Drove to dealership with no appointment on a SAt and they had me on my way in just over an hour... service included tire rotation and a car wash!

Helpful

Excellent overall service. Mark was attentive and courteous. Appointment time didn’t coralate with actual time work began. I had 10:20 appointment, but service didn’t begin till about 2:00.

Service

Ryan did a nice job of getting me in and out for an oil change, wheel alignment, etc. He checked with me before making necessary repairs, and provided pointers about service frequency.

Excellent Customer Service!

Alex was the greatest finance director I have ever worked with in my life! I was purchasing my leased car, which was in Louisville KY, where my son is attending school....Alex sent a loaner car to my son, picked up my car and brought it back to Cool Springs for inspection....after the inspection, my car was taken back to my son in Louisville.....I couldn't believe how they went over and beyond my expectations, to make sure the purchase of my car, was as easy as possible for me. Curtis was also great to work with. He also made sure to make the purchase as easy as possible for me. Curtis was very kind and always made me feel that he had my best interest at the fore front. I'm very lucky that Curtis was assigned to my deal. Since my purchase, Curtis followed up to make sure that everything was still going great!

Curtis was awesone

From the minute I walked into the showroom to delivery of my new vehicle, Curtis Pease was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful!!! He continued to stay in touch after delivery to ensure my satisfaction!

Great service and very fast

Loaner car the provided was awesome ! Service on my vehicle was finished very quick. Communication was good. All associates were very friendly. Frank is always amazing.
