If this experience is an example of attitudes and the professionalism I can expect on every visit I will gladly have my car serviced here on a regular basis. I must confess I'm a Lexus owner and have been for 25 years. It has been their product and their exceptional Service Department that have earned my loyalty. This experience with Trey and their Service Department will earn the same loyalty from me. Let me add, a VAST improvement over my purchasing experience 6-7 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!

MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE
We have had a bad taste in our mouth for Infiniti of Cool Springs since our purchase experience was not satisfactory, but the service department made up for it. Great experience, they took great care of us and our QX80. Thanks service department!! 5 stars

Routine oil maintenance
Marc Cooper was absolutely wonderful. He made everything simple and quick. My vehicle was in and out in no time and Marc made sure all of my questions were addressed prior to leaving. He escorted me out to my vehicle and wished me a good day. Great experience!

Great Car Purchase Experience!
Cool Springs Infiniti has been 'my' dealership since 2000. I have had great service and my cars have been cared for meticulously.. Yesterday was ''new car' buying day and I chose a pre-certified used car through the internet sales area. Shawn Carter was my salesperson. I really enjoyed my time with Shawn from looking at the current inventory to telling childhood stories about loving cars. Shawn ran CarFax reports, explained the pre-cert. process, highlighted the warranties associated with a pre-cert. car and answered a ton of questions thoroughly AND with a great deal of patience. Several of the sales sraff and various managers stopped by to day 'hello' and to thank me for my business. When it came time to talk money, there was none of the old school 'back room' feel to that which I appreciated. On another note, I have just met Marc Cooper, one of the service advisers. Marc will be working with my husband's car and with mine. We are Infiniti fans!
