Great Service Experience

Routine oil change and the service experience was great. I needed a loaner to get to a Dr. appt. and all went smooth and very quick. Jay is always on top of the situation and makes it quick and easy,

Service visit turned into a new car!

60K mike service for new tires and breaks turned into an awesome deal for trading in my car 2013 JX35 for a brand new shiny 2018 Infiniti QX80! Great service with Jay Garner and unbelievable deal with Curtis Peace. Looking forward to a smooth trade in 3 years for the latest model! Infiniti brought my experience to The Next Level!

Service

As usual, I experienced super service and quick turnaround, friendly staff. II had a loaner vehicle ready to go for me. The service team did a great job loving on my puppy that had to ride shotgun with me.

New car purchase

Received a good deal from you dealership. Cameron Hood was very professional and thorough in our negotiations. I bought my last car, a QX4, and kept it for 314,000 miles. The lifetime power train warranty was a major factor in buying the new car.

Factory representative failed find a resolution.

Failure of factory representative to find a resolution to the failure of the front sensors to identify lower road obstacles like bumper blocks or curbs. You may get an audible tone after you enter a parking space and then graphics may come on after gear selector is moved to neutral or reverse. This is a factory issue, not a dealer issue.

exceptional experience getting my G37 serviced

Ease of scheduling an appt. Offered to give me a loaner car, but didn't need it. Efficient. Car wash. Out the door without a hassel
