Wanted to follow up with a lot of the bad reviews. I traveled from Indianapolis to find the exact truck I wanted. They delayed me getting the truck as i informed them I had to be gone by X o'clock. The A/C did not work, they told me to get it fixed and I would be reimbursed. I got it in writing form the Sale Manger., year later and I still have not got anything. I'm a soldier and deploy often for my country. I don't have the time to deal with this. I would never go back to this place and they need to figure out how to make it right!

I bought a vehicle from here. The same day the check engine light came on. I had to bring the vehicle back and it has been there for almost 2 weeks now. I have not gotten an update yet as to when or what is actually wrong with the vehicle. They were nice about it and I do like the vehicle and am satisfied with the space it provides and the smoothness of the ride, but would really like to enjoy driving it before my first payment is due.

Just purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan! I worked with Lisa Bjegovic, she was so professional but so personable. She really listened to my needs and worked with my budget. Lisa explained the inter workings of my car in language I could understand, and before I left the car lot she set up my phone for me. She said if I needed anything to give her a call. Just purchased a used Ford truck and traded in my jeep. Everyone at the dealer was extremely nice and worked very hard to make the deal. My salesperson Tracy, jumped through hoops to make a deal work for us when we felt the first choose was out of the budget. But I felt they were working to make it work for us, and not force us to buy a car. The trade-in was priced well, and the overall sale was very fair. Good people to deal with. I have use them in the past for service, and they worked very hard for me then.

Dealing with Johnny was a great experience. You can tell this dealer is not ran like all the big dealers that make false promises. One of the reasons they won the order is that Tracy McCarty was first to respond after I submitted an inquiry. What is truly impressive is that it is not automated.

Found a used Jeep Compass on Cars.com, was very quick to respond to my interest. I ended up buying a Brand New one. Russel Pray found another rebate for me and I saved more money than buying used. Great salesman, no pressure and answered all my questions, I had a lot being my first time getting a new vehicle. I am telling everyone what a great experience I had and I would buy there again!
