Great Customer Service

Had an mechanical issue with a used vehicle purchased and Scott took care of us. They stand by their word! Excellent customer service! Will shop there again!

THEY DONT KEEP THERE WORD

Before I purchased my Jeep I noticed a noise, was told that they would take care of it. I had them write a “WE OWE” slip so I had documentation. They thought it was the breaks, so they put new breaks on, them they thought it was a backing plate, so they tried to adjust it. THEN they find out the noise is actually coming from a ptu sensor. Now they are claiming they only agreed to diagnose the problem. I looked up the part...$900. No wonder there minds changed on fixing it. Now I have a Jeep, that needs closer to $1500 in Work and I haven’t had it 2 months. They are REFUSING to fix it and now I have to argue so my “new” Jeep doesn’t shake rattle and roll. DO NOT GO HERE.

First Time Buyer

At first I didn’t know what I wanted to buy, we tired a fusion and I somewhat liked it. Stephen then showed me the Chargers and I was blown away by the appearance of the Chargers.

Big dealership but excellent service!

I bought a used truck from this dealership and worked with a salesman named Johnny. He worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and I would highly recommend to anyone looking. Pricing here seems better than most dealerships around.

Best experience ever!

I work at the mill so my hours off are limited. They worked with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. No hassle at all. Truly the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle! Highly recommend them!!!

trade van

First of all, I want journey but they show me jeep and nothing automatic seat only plain (move the seat ) and i hate bank or manager ask me more downpayment so i can get lower payment.. sigh.. but the manager nice say i can refiance in 2 years and see what happen.. so i still not used with jeep lol.. take my time to get used lol.
