BIG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I went to dealership thinking there was a problem with my Jeep GC Overland. Turns out there wasn't but they had a used cargo van my husband was looking for.

My husband and I shopped around for our new Wrangler for a couple months and we didn't encounter a friendlier or more helpful sales team than we did at BIG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Michigan City. I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle, new or used.

I would highly recommend BIG for a number or reasons, sales are fair and knowledgeable about the products, they work hard to satisfy your needs and wants, a great example of this: I had been looking for a used truck to fit my budget and also had specific wants and needs to be meet within purchase. The BIG sales staff worked with me for over 2 months searching for the right truck and after 2 months we found that truck! They didn’t give up on me as a customer and did exactly what they said they could do, in finding the perfect truck. For this they have received 5 stars! Thanks BIG!

This review deals with warranty service. Just don’t do it at this place. Dan the service manager dosent have a clue what he’s doing and obviously has no control what the techs do for warranty service. I had service performed, took 3 visits, all day and leaving vehicle overnight. Part they installed fell off the next day, oil in vehicle was never changed, I had this verified by another shop and lug nuts were falling off. They did nothing they said they were going to do. Avoid the service Dept here especially for any warranty work they must not pay techs much for this work or they don’t care. Caution here!
