Car buying made easy
Listen, we were expecting sales pressure, not listening to our needs and so on. However that wasn't the case. Bill listened to our needs and wants, allowed us to test drive different vehicles and within a few hours we found what we thought was the vehicle of our dreams. But after taking that vehicle home, the next day we new that wasn't the one we wanted. Here's the best part! Michigan City Chrylser, Dodge, Jeep Ram not only took back our vehicle, but allowed us to take one that had just came in. It was an upgrade and yet no one said anything. They just wanted to help and make us happy! So I would recommend them to anyone! Bill Fennel, Scott and Charlie THANK YOU! Dennis S

Excellent experience
Great experience with down to earth salesmen. Didn't feel like I was being over sold by cheap talk, unlike some other dealers I visited. Lee was really great to work with.

Awesome customer service
I went in with a service issue and was treated at the door by a salesman and brought to the service department. They were very helpful in answering my questions and getting my Jeep serviced quickly. The GM was walking through service and stopped and introduced himself and asked how the service department was helping me. I would recommend them to all of my friends!
