This was my first Toyota purchase. My dealer was informative about everything making the purchase very simple. I will recommend this dealer and the dealership to family ,friends and co- workers. My family and I will be a Toyota family due to this purchase. I can't say enough about how great Michael was! He offered to get my infant food at one point due to us forgetting some for the trip. I also live my new Tacoma. Thanks for such a great experience. I didn't look forward to wheeling and dealing and it wasn't that way at all fair pricing was offered from the start. Thank you all!

I visited all Toyota Dealerships on the south side as well as the peninsula. Checkered Flag had the best selections, colors, packages etc. I was pleased that Mr. Belanger spoke to me as I entered the showroom. Mr. Belanger being polite and cordial was the number one reason I decided to conduct my business through him and with Checkered Flag Toyota. I have purchased Toyota since 1988 solely and would use Checkered Flag in any future purchase(s). Hope my response here satifies why the above ratings were given this day.

I walked into Checkered Toyota of Virginia Beach, Virgina on Sunday, December 16, 2012 to buy my first car and Mr.James House happened to be my salesman. He was very efficient and helpful. He answered and explained every question that l asked and l was so comfortable. I wasn't under any pressure for my credit to be run or to sign any documents, and above all I was approved for a better APR from Checkered Toyota, as compare to my previous preapprove loan. I will recommend Mr. House and Checkered Toyota Dealership to anybody that is interested in buying a car or just to ask question or clarify any issue. I was promised things that turned out untrue. I was not given any innsentive to buy this car except my wife really wanted it. I was told only toyota products recieved these not sion as if sion was a bad deal. I was reminded several times that it was because I lost my house which was the only thing I had on my credit because both me and my wife lost our jobs due to the economy which made me feel like I was not worthy of any deal. I was tricked into buying extra protection when I told them several times I only wanted gap insurance and since I had a stroke looked like a fool to my wife. there are too many reasons why this was the worst car experience of my life and I have bought 4 toyotas in the past but will not ever buy one again because I complained to management and was given the same treatment i recieved from the dealer. I know many people and I assure you they will also not shop there.

This was the second car i bought from Jim and Checkered...
This was the second car i bought from Jim and Checkered Flag and it won't be the last. Checkered Flag is the only dealer i use in town to buy from and for maintenance. Jim is an exceptional salesman, personable, friendly and he's not at all pushy. I go to Checkered Flag b/c I know what I want and the salespeople there make it happen and it doesn't take all day.
