The entire experience with Checkered Flag Toyota was...

The entire experience with Checkered Flag Toyota was wonderful...from the Salesperson, Jim Bowman, to the very attractive Delivery Coordinator! Checkered Flag called me at home after my first visit, and they beat Priority, Charles Barker and First Team on a final price for a new 2103 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner (4-cyl.). Additionally, they were more than fair on my trade-in (1996 Toyota 4-Runner). The only recommendation I would have if I was "in-charge" is to somehow "shorten" the time between when I agreed to purchase the vehichle until the time I drove my new vehicle off the lot. I paid cash, but was still there, somehow, over two hours! Thanks again.

Excellent experience except for how long it took the...

Excellent experience except for how long it took the finance manager to take my check. All my friends and acquaintances say this is normal, but it seems a very strange way to do business. I went out of town on family business and Mr. Suarez found the model I wanted in another state and facilitated its delivery. It was ready upon my arrival and all went well until I had to wait 1 and 1/2 hour to pay and leave.

I have recieved exellent service every time I purchase a vehicle from Lawrence. I have recommended him to others. The service I received from the delivery department was unsatisfactory, they failed to call when my vehicle was ready after having had the protection package added. Had I not just shown up I probably still wouldn't have my vehicle

Sales person Jason was great, however internet sales...

Sales person Jason was great, however internet sales manager provided fake information about cars availiable on the lot, so they have to bring car from different location that increase time that I spent to purchase the car up to 8 hours, this is unacceptable to lie to customers. Thanks to Jason he did all possible to fix the problem and make transaction smooth.

I was in and out with bottom line pricing within in 4 hours of arriving at the dealership. Bill was very helpful as well as rest of the sales staff. I have purchased 4 new cars in as many years and this by far was my best experience.
