I was at the dealership for new tires when I was approached with the offer of an upgrade to a new vehicle for the exchange of my old car. Mr. Wood was very amiable and provided suitable accommodations for all of my questions and requests. This is my fourth vehicle from Checkered Flag. I have all the maintenance done at their facility and will continue to do so. I would like to include James House in this recommendation as he has provided excellent service in the past.

Working with Mr. House was an enjoyable experience and highly recommend others requesting him. There was no pressure and he listened to what I was said, not just hearing what I said. The dealership had the truck on the lot I was searching to buy; therefore, they did not have to search for it at other dealerships. I believe I paid a very good price for my truck because another dealership told me to buy the truck if I could get it for the price quoted to me since there was no way they could compete with it.
