We started off looking at four door Tacomas and found they just were not right. We worked through a lot of inventory and several days to get to a Scion xB. Not once were we rushed into making a choice before we were ready.

We received great customer service while working with...

We received great customer service while working with Gino. It was a very pleasant experience unlike some of the other dealerships in the area. Gino did everything in his power to get us the color we wanted and the price we wanted. He was not high pressure at all and he was very knowledgeable. He called us several times to try and make the deal work for us. We are very pleased with the customer service from Gino and we really like the new Toyota Tundra!! I would recommend Gino to anyone!! I thought Al was really a wonderful help in selecting my...

I thought Al was really a wonderful help in selecting my new car. He was patient, knowledgeable and very adept at answering my questions. I would certainly go to him again when choosing a vehicle. In fact, I intend to purchase a Rav 4 just as soon as I get some of my current payments down. My only complaint would be the "customer rep" who, once selection was made and process begun, came to present the Lo Jack, paint protection, undercoating etc. Her presentation was extremely "rote"- she had memorized every word and proceeded to rattle it off very mechanically. I quickly lost interest and failed to see the value of these services based on her presentation. In addition, when I FINALLY got to the manager's desk to sign the papers, he again rotely presented options for service plan. It was so mechanical that it was very disturbing. I did finally agree to one of the lower plans but strongly feel that if the sales person could give that information in a less "mechanical" style it would be far more effective. I frankly thought both were very annoying and had to stop them several times to ask questions. I could tell then that it interrupted their mechanized presentation and they were unable to resume easily. I am still quite annoyed by these- I love my new car and again, I thought Al was one of the best sales staff I have encountered- and I looked at numerous models, dealers etc but PLEASE address the mechanized "add on" presentations.

The shopping experience as Checkered Flag was nice. I first met Mike on a drive buy of the dealer and received great attention. I then used a car buying service I'm eligible for to obtain a quote and got quick but thorough responses from the internet guys. When I returned to finalize the deal, I wasn't sure exactly who I would be talking with but I was still able to deal with Mike and did not get bounced between floor and internet sales persons as they all worked for the same sales manager. Mike finalized the deal which was quoted on the internet.

Review of Checkered Flag VA experience Bill peterson was the first salesman we saw after looking for a few minutes. He was not pressing us to buy. He just answered our questions very well and showed us the vehicles of interest. He was very informative like a good friend and the paperwork part was excellent.
