This is my first Toyota purchase. The circumstances...

This is my first Toyota purchase. The circumstances could not have been worse. I was making this purchase because my mother had recently passed and very specifically told me she wanted me to use some of the life insurance money I was receiving to buy a new car. I have never owned a new vehicle so this truly was a new experience for me. Every single person I came in contact with...Mitch in internet sales, Ed the store manager, Adriana, Mike in the business office, and of course, especially Bill were so friendly and so helpful. I can be quite the character...I love laughing and I love making other people laugh and poor Bill just rolled with the punches! He was probably relieved when my cousin and I drove off of the lot lol! Bill has earned a forever customer and I will not hesitate to recommend him or the dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. :)

Allen was great but I also dealt with one of the sales...

Allen was great but I also dealt with one of the sales managers and I didn't like his attitude so that is why the rating is low. If it wasn't for Allen's demeanor I would have not brought a car from them.

It has been a long time since I purchased a car and I was impressed with how I was treated at Checkered Flag Toyota, but especially by Terrence Blake. He was patient, helpful, always available and ready to answer all of my questions. Also, and very important to me, he was NOT 'pushy' as you sometimes experience with many people in car sales. I was treated with the utmost respect by him as well as the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Terrence Blake.

I worked with Bill Peterson during the search for my new...

I worked with Bill Peterson during the search for my new vehicle. I walked past a few salesmen in the lot and walked around the showroom for a few minutes looking. Bill entered the showroom and was the first to come up to me and greet me while looking. I am glad that he did as I couldn't have asked for a more patient sales rep who was willing to show me around and it was close to closing time that night. I got a few ideas and came back the next day to make an offer on the vehicle I wanted. Ed helped throughout the negotiating process and made it painless. My best car buying experience to date! I will be back to get my wife's car from these same individuals. This is my 6th car buying experience... It would be a travesty to not mention Richard who was processing my paperwork (usually the most dreadful part of car buying). It was quite enjoyable, and I have never laughed or enjoyed this part of the process until now. Richard was awesome and hilarious. Thanks for the overall experience, Checkered Flag! Regino was incredible. He's a real no-nonsense salesman. He didn't waste my time our insult my intelligence and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming. The best part, he was willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. You don't find that attitude in sales everywhere you go these days. I will recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota.

I originally came in for service for my 2002 Toyota...

I originally came in for service for my 2002 Toyota 4Runner but the repair cost was rather high. I was asked if I might be interested in looking at a new vehicle and I was. So, Michael Wood was very helpful and patient in helping me choose a new (used) 4Runner. He worked to make sure I got what I wanted and at a price I could afford. Everyone from the service department to the sales department that I talked to was very friendly.
