I was in the market for a used tacoma. While I went in looking for a specific vehicle Terrence recongnized what I was looking for and provided options that enabled me to walk away with a great vehicle for me. An area of improvement would be to have actions completed when agreed to. I spent more time in the dealership than I needed to waiting on the vehicle to pass its certifiation checks and services. It was promised around 1700 the day I purchased it. After I left the dealer I phoned and said I would be in at 9am the next day to pick it up. When I arrived at 1000am it was still not ready for another 1.5hrs. Appeared to be either miscommunication or a bit of gaming on the service invoice; perhaps both. Promised line was for 170018OCT12 and ready line had 093818OCT12 on it. I had some time to give away but others might not.

I had a great experience at Priority Toyota, and Ray Aiden was very helpful. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, and tried to work with us on price as best he could. We also had 3 trade in's and the gentleman (I did not get his name) that assisted with processing the final paperwork was very organized. Hopefully my Sienna lasts me 10 years as my Sequoia had. I enjoyed my experience because Jason made it very easy. He answered every question we had. Jason also explained everything in common terms. Jason was very patient with explaining all options that were available. Jason made it seem that he had our best interest in hand. I told him what amount I was trying to pay on a monthly basis and he listed all my options, no games or suprises. I am now driving a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry SE and love it. This was one of those serendipitous moments that don't come along often. I was getting an oil change when a young man, Michael Wood, introduced himself to me and we talked about the trade in program. My intention was to keep my Toyota Highlander for another year or so and wasn't in the market yet for another. He asked what features I would be interested in when the time came. We chatted for awhile and in a bit he came back to show me a car that had everything I would want and more! The rest is history. I purchased the Highlander and have to say it was the most painless purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced!! Michael was easy to work with, as was the finance manager. I was greeted by Joseph within one minute after I entered the sales lot on the first day. Very congenial and after asking about my desires took me to the vehicle I was looking for. On my second visit Joseph was not present but Russ greeted me as I exited my vehicle in the parking lot and took over where Joseph left off. I was told my vehicle would be ready the next day at 5:00 PM and it was. I was told that the finance portion would take 15 minutes and it did. I like when promises are kept. I was asked if I wanted something to drink and Russ got me some water which was nice. Some things that caused me to rate less than "Great" were: 1. Russ left me sitting for extended time to assist other customers. 2. Russ kept refering to me as "Joseph's customer" until I told him I would come back when Joe was available. 3. Even after I explained several times I did not want the process to take 3 or 4 hours, it still took 3 1/2 hours for the process to be completed. I do not blame Russ for this but think that the dealership should work on streamlining the process. 4. Russ had indicated that the tire pressure sensor needed to be looked at but failed to get this done. I now need to go back and have it looked at taking time from my busy schedule. All in all, not a bad experience but there are areas that could be improved.

I never felt pressured and that all my concerns were addressed. The staff was very patient and friendly, even with my 2-year old son running around the entire time. I felt that the information I received was accurate and not misleading. Buying a car is stressful, I did not feel stressed at any minute.
