Jim was a great salesman, not to aggressive. We came...

Jim was a great salesman, not to aggressive. We came over to Checkered Flag one night when we thought it was closed to look at one of the Tacomas we saw online. As it turned out, Checkered Flag is open until 9 pm, and it was around 8:45 when Jim came over and greeted us. By the end of the evening, we had all the paperwork filled out. We came back the following day and took the Truck home. I would have to say, if Jim had not come over to speak with us, we probably would have waited and not gotten the Truck. We bought it on Wednesday and took a mini-vacation down to Georgia this weekend and we absolutely love the Truck. Thanks Jim!!

Checkered Flag Toyota provided very friendly and quick service. Their employees went out of their way to order a car not available on their lot, and delivered in a reasonable time frame. Being a loyal customer to Checkered Flag this has been our 6th vehicle purchased in the 25+ years by the same sales associate, Jun Garvida.

We took our 2009 Highlander in to have running boards...

We took our 2009 Highlander in to have running boards installed. Our appointment was for 7:45AM on August 4. They were supposed to start at 8:00AM and have the car ready for pickup at 10:00AM. I returned at 10:30AM and the car was not ready. I was told to return in another hour. I waited until 1:30 and the car was finally ready. I had a same day appointment with the collosion center for after the running boards were installed. It took so long to have the running boards installed that I was told it was too late for the collision center to start the repairs and it would have to wait until the next day (Wednesday) and would be ready on Friday 08/07/09. I waited all day on Friday and received no call. I called at 1:30PM and left a voice mail for Linda Wilhelm. No response. I called again at approx 3:15PM and again no response.Another call was placed at approx 4:15PM and I was told by Ms. Wilhelm that the car was in the paint shop but still not ready. She said it may be ready on Monday 08/10/09. I placed a call to Randy Tozier and left a voicemail to have him respond by 5:00PM. As of this time 10:30AM on Saturday 08/08/09 I have had no call or message. This is unacceptable behavior on the part of Checkered Flag and its staff. I realize that I am at your mercy, I bought the vehicle, I have to pay for it so I have no recourse but to wait until YOU decide to do your job. I am very disappointed with this situation and I promise you it will not end with this letter of complaint.

My husband had spoken to Ray Aiden on the telephone...

My husband had spoken to Ray Aiden on the telephone previously. He was quite impressed by the fact that Ray actually took the time to return his call as many people do not. This made a favorable impression of the company right from the beginning. When we went to the dealership early Tuesday morning we were greeted and assisted by James House. James is a good representative of the company. He is very friendly, very professional but not stiff and very knowledgable of his job. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured from the very beginning. We told James what we were looking for and what price range we desired. In less than 10 minutes he found a Toyota Highlander that just had been traded in the night before that was exactly what we were looking for. James is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. THANKS, James.

Checkerd Flag made my purchase of a new Toyota RAV4 very easy and accomdating and Mr. Morales was exceptional and not pushy. He found the car I wanted at the price I was looking for I would purchase from Checkard Flag again. This was not the case with some of the other Toyota Dealers I visited.

I was expecting to have to keep my guard up, however, my salesman answerd every question I could think of( even the tough ones) and tried to work with me in every way possible. Throughout the whole process I was treated like a V.I.P . Never pressured and treated with respect!

JAMES MY SALES AGENT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IN TUNE WITH WHAT CAR I WANTED AND HOW TO WORK OUT THE DETAILS SO I RECEIVED THE CAR I REALLY WANTED.THIS CAR WAS FOR MY WIFE AND JAMES PUT HER AT EASE AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A CAR EASIER FOR HER.JAMES KNEW HIS PRODUCT VERY WELL AND ALSO HOW TO PRESENT IT.WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE AND THE WAY WE WERE TREATED-

Excellent experience from beginning. Salesman was very friendly and addressed all my questions. Nice setup in and out. Coffee and TV helped the wait time. The kids playing area is neat. Would be nicer if more toys are added. The wait time was a longer than I expected. The whole experience took over 4 hours.

My wife and I found the entire experience at Checkered...

My wife and I found the entire experience at Checkered Flag Toyota to be enjoyable. Being a natural born cynic I am suspecious of any sales people however I found Mr. Bowman to be a genuine, friendly guy. I tried a couple of times to get him riled up (good naturedly of course) but each time he replied with a smile and the correct response. He gave us the best deal he could and didn't hold back. Any thing I asked for was discussed, negotiated and dealt with in a professional yet friendly manner. I would go back to Jim Bowman for my next car/truck purchase.
