Lawrence gave us his immediate and full attention. He was very personable and professional and had great knowledge of the products. Having left the vehicle for changes prior to delivery, Lawrence insured that everything was complete and on time as promised and kept us informed every step of the way. This being our first Toyota and first visit to Checkered Flag, our experience with both the dealership and Lawrence will have us coming back.

Chris was the greatest car salesman I have dealt with in a long time. My daughter was buying her first car and was put in Chris's care. He did his best to get the car she was looking for and at the price that she wanted. He was very informative about what was happening in the car buying process which helped my daughter out since this was her first car buying experience. He even went to pick up the car personally for her since they did not have one on the lot. He really went all out. Chris also made sure we knew what paperwork was needed every step of the way. He stayed late and made the process as quick as he could possibly nmake it. He even let us try and haggle the price with the manager. Since he could not come down any further he was willing to give my daughter a car to drive home til the next day when they were to have her new car ready for pickup. That meant a great deal to me since we had let our daughter borrow our car to get back and forth to work and to the dealership to look at cars. I cannot say enough about this young man who clearly took his job to a level that truly showed he was interested in what my daughter wanted and not just to sell another car. I think you will find he is a great asset to the company and all the customers he helps will truly be coming back in the years to come for another great car buying experience. I know my family will. Mr. Morales is very courteous and honest salesman. He went out of his way in making my wife and I very happy customers. He took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle we were purchasing. In addition, he stayed with us through the entire buying process even though he should've gotten off work two hours earlier.

Took more time to complete paper work than I think was neccesary; but it was a busy time due to CARS program. Have been well pleased with service department in the past.

This is our second purchase from Checkered Flag...we came back because of the excellent way we were treated last time. We had some minor issues with the Camry we bought last year, and they were addressed promptly and courteously...we feel that service AFTER the sale shows the real quality of any dealer.

Alex Suarez and Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach were fantastic to work with. Alex has a no-pressure sales style that I really appreciate. I negotiated a price that I was happy with and then went to their competition to see if I could do even better. I couldn't (not even close in this case) and went right back to see Alex and finalized the deal. There is nothing I would change about the experience.

Outstanding dealership by far. i've bought a few cars and this was my first toyota. i should of came to this dealer along time ago and the sales rep Randell Turk was outstanding. the best i've ever seen and dealt with. he goes that exta mile 1/2 for you. OUTSTANDING SALES REP!!!!

Michael did a great job finding a hard to find vehicle as it seems that long bed, 4 door Tacomas are not as common as short bed. He then went the extra mile researching the CARS program to ensure that we qualified and went to bat for us to get the price we needed. Highly recommend him.

Michael Cerrone was easy to deal with. We don't feel any pressure when negotiating for price. He listen to our concerns and give us the best deal he could ever offer, but of course with the blessing from the manager Josh Hamilton. Good team work. This is my second time to this dealership in less than two weeks. First Sales consultant I deal with is not as aggressive as Michael. I was looking for Toyota Corolla specials but was told it's all gone and only five (5) units were sold and no more coming. When I read in the news paper that Toyota Corolla specials still on going I called and there you go... Of course I did not go the prior Sales Consultant that I talked before. Definitely Michael is highly recommended to people who are looking for the best deal in Checkered Flag Toyota. No pressure, it's your call.
