I am very pleased with my experience at Checkered Flag Toyota in Virginia Beach. The process went very smoothly. The advertising was in compliance with the vehicles that I was shown and the car salesman, Regino Harris, was fantastic. He has a great personality and he made this transaction a nice experience. He really cares about his customers and it shows. I will recommend him to potential car buyers.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved from Checkered Flag Toyota. James was prompt about getting us into the car we wanted. He worked hard and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out. He was busy that day but he made sure that all ends were met.

We have purhchased 4 or more cars from Jun. He is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond the superior level of service. Excellence is not a quality trait, it is a habit, because it should be done over and over again. Jun habitually practices excellence in his work. He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! AAAA++++ Thank you. This was the 4th car I've purchased from Checkered Flag...

This was the 4th car I've purchased from Checkered Flag Toyota (the 3rd in the last 3 years) since 2002. I've been very pleased with all the vehicles to date and with only minor issues the subsequent servicing of those vehicles. The salespersons I've dealt with, in particular Regino Harris, have been very straight-forward and helpful. Minor issues and concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I figure the price could always have been a little better... but what customer wouldn't. However, I'm still a little disappointed I did not receive umbrellas on the 2 recent purchases. But I'm over it.

This was my first experience with buying a new car and...

This was my first experience with buying a new car and Jim made it a great one! My father and I were approached by Jim almost as soon as we got on the lot. We told him the price range that we had in mind and he took us to the cars that he thought would best meet my criteria. Since I am a recent college graduate, my budget is pretty tight, but Jim helped us crunch the numbers to make sure I had a payment that I was happy with. Overall, Jim was very helpful and courteous and I would definitely recommend both Jim and Checkered Flag Toyota!

I took my elderly mother (79 yrs. old) in to buy a new...

I took my elderly mother (79 yrs. old) in to buy a new Camry. The dealership spent so much time trying to sell her lojacks and special dealer prep items that she became tired. After a couple hours of sales pitches, we were ushered into the business office. There she was made to sit through yet another sales pitch for. After she sat through all of that torture, the lady had her sign a stack of business papers. The last paper she was presented was the loan paper and the sales price was different than what was agreed to in the showroom. After I mentioned to the lady that the price was different, she ushered in the salesman. He stood in front of me and my mother and told a bold faced lie about the previous verbal agreement. After a few minutes of arguing the manager came in and attempted to mediate the situation. Everyone arrived at yet another agreement which ended up costing my mother an additional $500 dollars. I know that the only reason she agreed to the new price was to end the torture. If she had not been so tired and frustrated we would have left and spent yet another day trying to buy a car. I personally feel that the salesman and manager both knew how trying the whole situation was to my mother and took advantage of it. By the time she left with her new car there was hardly any of the joy she should have felt. She only felt relief that the ordeal was complete. I still can't believe that the salesman/manager/ and business office would treat a person this way just for a few dollars.

Very good price, Internet pricing was very competitive. She contacted me right away. Knowledgeable and capable Sales person. Mr Morales was very helpful the minute he saw me at the dealership. He never left my side and assisted me throughout the whole process.

He immediately communicated what steps he would be taking to make our car purchasing experience a positive one. He was courteous, polite, and above all kept the lines of communication open during every step of the transaction. He brought transparency to the process by obtaining our input at every juncture.
