I was a repeat customer, even though it had been 20 years. I had never bought a new car before, and the experience was a bit overwhelming. I am happy with the result, however.

Took an entire week to get the vehicle at the payment

Took an entire week to get the vehicle at the payment exactly at where I said I would not be comfortable going over. Then Bob Tomes adds a $2,500 “package” to the vehicle that they will not let you remove which to me SHOULD be a customer choice, I don’t care how discounted it is, EXTRA WARRANTY OUTSIDE OF BASIC FORD WARRANTY SHOULD BE CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER NOT THE DEALERSHIP!
