Brad Clark made promises to me, that almost 4 weeks on have not been met. He promised I would be contacted for an appointment, I am still waiting. He was doing everything he could to get me to come back to his dealership, but he has now burned any chance of that.

I personally got involved after learning of this issue and took immediate action Our service dept recovered the vehicle from the customers home and did a complete and thorough evaluation at the Dealership. After diagnosing and servicing was complete, the customers car was completely detailed and returned to the customers home. Our goal was to provide same day service with maximum convenience to the customer. I appreciate being made aware of the circumstance and appreciate the customer’s patience to allow us to correct Brad Clark General Manager Toyota of Richardson

Cristhian was the most patient and kind salesperson. It was a real pleasure to have him help me. I had not bought a car in years so it was a bit stressful, but Cristhian made it a bit easier. He even made himself available after the sale to call him if I had any questions. I truly appreciate him for his understanding and patience. I will highly recommend him to family and friends.

Patrick was a pleasure to work with. Buying cars can be stressful but Patrick was so easy to work with, no double talk, no switching numbers around, no excuses. He gave me a deal we shook (fist bumped) on it and it was done. Patrick had my car ready and he added the pin stripes because he knew I was wanting them without me asking. Patrick was awesome (and I am not related to him).

On July 22 I purchased my 3rd auto from your dealership...

On July 22 I purchased my 3rd auto from your dealership in two years. Dealing with your sales is always great! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the finance dept. Each time I left I feeling like I was lied to about finance rates, prices of warranties and service that were offered to me. This third purchase will be my last. After completing my paperwork, Mr Syed Ali offered me two free oil change coupons and said he would have them when I got my plates. Of course the coupons were not with my plates but Mr. Ali said he would have them mailed. Two weeks later nothing? and he isn't answering emails. I have not received any paperwork on the extended warranty I am wondering if I even have a warranty? As a returning customer, I expected to be treated better.
