Hector's the Man! We bought a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid that we had to order special, and with the Covid-19 and all, it took seven months to get our vehicle! We never would have hung in there if it weren't for Hector working so hard to get us EXACTLY what we ordered, and for him keeping us posted with the status during the long wait. He is so personable and friendly, and he always went out of his way to please us and take care of our every need personally. Thank you, Hector, for being the person you are!
