SHADY, FALSE PRICING, HORRIBLE SERVICE

Have had two bad experiences here now. First, the uneducated salesman told me had the car I was looking for and then come to find out it had been sold the day before, just wanted to lure me in for something I don’t want I’m sure. He was pushy, judgy, and too close. Then again a month later, I find the car I’ve been wanting at the perfect price that is listed at 28k on cars.com and on their dealer website, we go to the dealership to look into purchasing the car and they tell us all of the online pricing is wrong and that the car is closer to 38k. Everything is shady, a scam, they don’t respect you when you try to walk they try to push and push for something you aren’t even interested in. False advertising, they just want you to come in their dealership so they can try to get you to spend extra money or see other cars. Unreliable, shady behavior, two bad experiences, never again.

Extremely helpful with purchasing my new car. Did not feel pressured at all. I explained what I could do financially and helped seal the deal. Even helped with transportation in getting different tires put on my car! Highly recommend!

I had been searching for over 2 weeks for the perfect car...

I had been searching for over 2 weeks for the perfect car for me. I always hear about the bad experiences people have at the dealerships. I inquired on Toyota Camry via internet. An hour later I got a call and email from Tracy Brown about holding the vehicle for me until I could come in on the 14th. He followed through with all what he promised and quoted the price and everything for. When I came in on Friday 14th Tracy and my car was waiting for me. Thank you Toyota of Richardson for that white glove experience. Definitely I would recommend family, friends and even co workers about yall services.
