Shopping around the Toyota dealers in the DFW Metroplex area, hands down Mr. Tracy Brown is most committed and knowledgeable salesperson. He made sure I got the best deal on my car purchase, was quick and hassle free. I extremely recommend him to anybody looking to buy a car due to his exceptional customer service.

Costly work

This is the second time I have had this issue.I took my car to Firestone for an oil change, Nothing available at Toyota. Firestone could not do it as whoever did it last time had tightened the cap too much. I might crack if removed. I finally got into Toyota to have the oil replaced , I explained the situation, but got no real comment on it. Yesterday I was in a hurry so again went to Firestone, and low and behold it had happened again. This time, not trusting Toyota, I had them do it anyway. The cap cracked and cost me $150 to have it replaced. After posting my issue on social media I have heard that it has happened to others also. I now have a safety recall on my car, but will have to go to another Toyota dealership to get it fixed./ I do not feel comfortable with this dealership. My daughter always uses Firestone for service and gets great treatment. I will be going there now.

It did take a while for me to get back with Brad. When I did he apologized for the problem. He wanted me to come back and promised me a free detail inside and out, I also have a recall on my Toyota. He told me I would get a call to make an appointment. It is now a week later and I am still waiting. After being willing to give them a second chance, I feel like I got a lot of lip service from Mr Clark.

It has been about 4 weeks now and I am still waiting for a call about my car. I have tied to reach Mr. Clark to no avail, one of my e-mails was a little snarky as I was very upset by the lack of contact.

This was a long distance sale with Theo Jones who gave us the best service ever. He was polite, answered ALL questions quickly, returned our calls immediately and he was such a pleasure to work with. He treated our grandson (1st time buyer 19 yrs old) with the kindness and consideration so important to an inexperienced buyer.

they fit every story you heard about crocked car salesmen

Toyota of Richardson is the epitome of crooked car salesman. the whole lot of them. if you are in Dallas , shop any other Toyota or you are guaranteed to have to keep an eye open for their deceit. They refused to give me a copy of my contract, stating they needed a copy of the insurance. I cannot insure it or take possession of it without knowing whats in the contract. drove there to get a copy of the contract and was informed they had insured the car, so now a copy of the contract could be made available. one look at it and it was evident why they had to withhold a copy of the contract, it had $3500 IN UNSCRUPULOUS CHARGES. i requested to cancel the deal to which they replied. It has already funded. No worries lets call the finance company and I can a. get them to reverse it or b. use my financing at another dealership. they replied this cannot be done as they has already applied tax title and license fees to the state with my downpayment. Bear in mind . AT NO POINT IN THIS PROCESS DID THEY HAND ME THE CAR KEYS!!!!!! So its been a week of them telling me I signed and I need to come and get the car and I am telling them I want to buy my car with someone else but they insist on holding may down payment hostage because I changed my mind to go with another deal. BTW , they told me the car, that I never drove off their lot, is now considered used and they must account for that loss.
