Disappointed - unwilling to demo car
Came into dealership to look at the GR Supra and test drive. Dealership requires "credit approval" to even test drive? The car is on my list of sporty daily drivers and I wanted to get a sense of whether or not I would want to own one, but they were reluctant to let me test drive without running my credit worthiness just to see if i'm serious. I was not there for a joy ride. I was truly interested in a purchase. Needless to say this turned me off. The salesperson was very very very GREEN and didn't know any details on what is considered (in his words) a LUXURY CAR. It's hard to ask a salesperson to get you to someone else to speak to without sounding like a jerk or being rude, so I just pushed through the visit and decided I'd go elsewhere to shop.

Had a good experience. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Especially liked working with our salesman Theo. He gave us a ride home while our van was being touched up. He kept us updated on its progress.

We had a great experience with everyone who we came in contact with. Cody is professional, patient and kind to us. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and he got us both in new cars. We didn't spend all day at the dealership which is a big plus.
