Terrible experience at Toyota of Richardson. The Finance Manager added 2 warranties that I did not agree to. I had to Visit the dealership over 7 times this month to resolve the issue, and they gave me the run around the first 6 visits with lies and false resolutions. This delay has cost $500+ in financing, cancellation and prorated fees. I will be filing complaints to the DMV and BBB and hope this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Cody was awesome! So positive and full of good energy!! The manager was a bit of a jerk but everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful!

Hector was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive and all about ensuring my needs were met. He was not your stereotypical car sales man, pushing for a sale at any cost. He actually cared and presented me with options that met my requirements. He took his time and explained everything to me along the car buying process. He even shared a homemade cookie from his wife. That may sound dumb, but it is the small personal things that set people apart and Hector my friend, you are in a league of your own! I must also mention his partner Mustafa Mahmood (Business Manager) for being so patient and kind. Overall, Toyota Richardson in its entirety is where to go if you are in the market for a new car!

Got the perfect car for me here. Hector was great- fun to work with, very helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. I do, however, wish the car was cleaned before driving it off the lot, and over a month later, I am still waiting on the car’s spare key to arrive and a small additional part for the car that we noticed at time of purchase.

Not a fan of car shopping but had a very good experience with Jewel Thomas of Toyota of Richardson recently. The process was painless and I would recommend Jewel and Toyota of Richardson. Everyone was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
