Customer service is wonderful and my vehicle was repaired to beyond my expectations; and it was cheeper than quoted. I’ve always turned wrenches myself, but now I found a place I trust to do it for me.

That was so easy! Today I bought my 2016 Lincoln MKZ from Toyota of Richardson. Tracy Brown did an AMAZING job taking care of our needs. He's attentive, honest, and professional. We knew what we wanted and Tracy made it happen. Not to mention the price was the best in the area. 100% Recommend Toyota of Richardson and Tracy Brown!

The service department personnel were Courteous, professional and friendly. They got me in and out in thirty two Ana a half minutes. I think the value service was slow and could be a bottleneck during busy times this is a bad idea.

Robert was great. He got me in the Camry I’ve been hunting (we came from Oklahoma). He made sure that every detail was addressed and that everything was to our satisfaction. We’ve had bad experiences in the past but Robert is one of the “good ones” out there. Go see him!
