Brandon Marshall was an excellent service advisor and service was great. Very good and fast service. Will come again using the same advisor. Friendly and ver knowledgeable Did not and will Not use Lee Shuster. Have used him once before and was happy with his attitude.

This was my first visit to the Service Department. The...

This was my first visit to the Service Department. The service managers explained the procedure for checking in and were appropriate with tone and instructions. The estimated time was 2X what I had been given and then additional time was needed at the check out counter because the Internet was down and every credit card payment ha to be handled individually by calling the major credit card company for approval. I was impressed with everyone's patience - staff and customers- as staff tried to problem solve the situation.

Toyota of Richardson’s service department left a large...

Toyota of Richardson’s service department left a large door ding on my car (it even left a small dent). When I complained about it they said they would “investigate” and get back with me. Of course I never heard from them again.

Great to work with

I called ahead to ask if the RAV4 was still available. Manager Jeff said it was and that he would have it ready to test drive when I arrive and that he would have a sale rep available. Upon arrival Jeff introduced me to Robert Alicea. Robert was excellent to work with. The test drive and his explanation of the features and the process were great. Robert took the time to answer all my questions and when picking up the vehicle after a few days, Robert took the time to explain and show the connectivity features to both myself and my wife. Truly impressed with Robert and his associates.

Smooth service at the dealership. HORRIBLE experience...

Smooth service at the dealership. HORRIBLE experience with the MyTFS app trying to reserve an appointment. The navigation is horrible. On Monday, eventually got to Richardson dealership in the app and reserve appointment for 9:10am Tuesday. Arrived at dealership Tuesday and no appointment found. They got me in anyway and had smoothest visit in a long, long time. Usually have to wait close to 2 hours in the past and get out another 2 hours later. Today was a great experience. Kevin was great. Toyota apps is another issue. Experience filling out this survey on an Android phone is still clumsy like the MyTFS app. The green check mark in a green circle is in the way, covers up typing in this box. Service department selection only showed one person, not Kevin. Time to dump DR Media Holdings LLC. FAST.

Brandon gave an accurate estimate of time to complete service on my truck. He explained the time frames for routine maintenance. He even gave me a free car wash!
