Been going back o their service department ever since I...

Been going back o their service department ever since I bought my Toyota. Initially I went through a few service staff, but I finally found a service rep that I can trust and count on - Brandon Phillips. I was impressed with him that we’ve bought another Toyota with Toyota if Richatdson. No prize for guessing who will be our service person ... yup, Brandon 👍

Refused service because I bought from another Toyota Dealer

Toyota said I must continue to work with this dealer because I brought my vehicle in to them for diagnosis, but this dealer constantly wouldn't do their part, finally refused to contact me, and refused to work with Toyota about the issue and inform me about it. Caused me problems with warranty/buyback, because Toyota is saying they haven't heard updates from the dealer, so their last info is that nothing is wrong with my vehicle. The dealer's reason for this was that you bought the vehicle from another dealership so you shouldn't have brought it to us in the first place. But I brought it to them for a second diagnosis per Toyota's instructions. You're supposed to be able to take your vehicle to any Toyota dealership.

Toyota Corporate verified you were not advised to take your claim to a different dealership. The dealership where you bought your truck had asked you to leave due to your rude behavior and threatened to call the police if you return. Like I told you, you can take your new Toyota to any dealership for service needs but anything pertaining to your original claim of wanting to return your vehicle is between you, the selling dealership and Toyota Corporate.

The dealership where you bought your truck had asked you to leave due to your rude behavior and threatened to call the police if you return. Like I told you, you can take your new Toyota to any dealership for service needs but anything pertaining to your original claim of wanting to return your vehicle is between you, the selling dealership and Toyota Corporate.

Poor experience with the service department

This dealership used to be a very great place to have a business with, and during the last 3 years our family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership due to the fact that they always had a Great customer service and they were very friendly and helpful, but based on our last couple experiences, it seems that the customer service is moving to the completely wrong direction, and their service department is in total mess and chaos lately! The service advisors won’t return the calls and even if the service desk sends the emails to the service advisors to call you back, you still won’t get a call (happened today with Crystal Maldonado) the service advisors will sell a service (for example 4 wheel alignment )with the promise that it has a warranty on it, and after 7 months the service advisor Douglas Moran tells me there is absolutely no warranty on it, my son took his 2011 Toyota Rav 4 for the fully synthetic oil change today , and when he came back and checked the paperwork (we didn’t check the paperwork to see what kind of oil they put in the dealership , because we always trusted this place for their quality service and honesty ) , he discovered that the dealership put the conventional oil instead of fully synthetic and charged us $61.32 for it! Really? and if you’re showing such of dishonest customer service to your several years loyal customer , I can just imagine what would happened to my car’s service, if I wasn’t your regular customer. I’m not giving a 1 Star for the only reason that this place used to be a very great, friendly and trustworthy place to do a business. Sincerely, Alex

Very professional, kind, and courteous staff. Quick and efficient service. Was greeted with a smile and very encouraging words concerning service. Service was completed within time frame Mr. Schuster gave me.

Hi Jonathan, I’ve contacted you yesterday (01/08), and you replied me that you forwarded my email to Vance Holloman and that’s it, no follow up calls so far! By the way I’m still waiting for the callback from the service advisor since 01/07, the front desk even emailed them on 01/07 to call me back.......no luck so far....This is the real picture of the customer treatment by the service department which I was mentioning above!
