Excellent
My experience at Toyota of Richardson was the best I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, JAKE, was very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to answer all of my questions and ultimately got me into the car that I love! Nick was also a great help and very personable and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. It was a great experience and I would recommend Toyota of Richardson to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase!

Friendly and efficient
Have always had great sales/trade-in experiences and reliable service on our toyotas for past 10 yrs. Very disappointed that service dept now adds 3% surcharge for using credit card to pay.
