Friendly and efficient
Have always had great sales/trade-in experiences and reliable service on our toyotas for past 10 yrs. Very disappointed that service dept now adds 3% surcharge for using credit card to pay.

Great efficient service. Scott explained all the work being done with an accurate cost estimate. He listed all the options w/o the high pressure up sell one expects from many other dealerships. The car has also shown all the reliablity I’ve come to expect from Toyota.
