Tires replaced balanced and alignment

Meeting with mechanics to go over problem and how to repair rectify the problems appreciate honesty from mechanics and advice for future if needed repair

5K Service

Drove in for service maintenance about 3:00pm. No appointment & was on my way at 5:00pm. Estimated time for waiting was spot on-I preferred to wait. Service Rep Sirle (Sisi) Olaguez was the best - nice to have women service reps! Sisi ket me informed & answered my questions.

Navigating a less-than-ideal lease end

My wife and I, through a long set of circumstances were coming up on a costly lease end. Hector really helped us understand and navigate our options and find a solution that would put us in a great car and great financial situation. This is the 2nd car that we've bought from them, and Lonnie's customer service is hard to match, regardless of the industry.

My car would not run. The check engine light came on and m

I had the car towed to the dealership. They went to work on it immediately and figured out that bad gas had caused the problem which they fixed quickly.

Fast and accommodating team

Douglas was very attentive and made sure I knew all the options moving forward on my vehicle. Took the time to go over the details and perform a walk around as well. Great atmosphere in the wait room as well. Good conversation with Brad Clark about service.

Great service, poor finance decisions

I have been a loyal customer of the service department at Toyota of Richardson for over ten years. Service advisors I have had over the years have been great. However, today I was informed that a 3% surcharge would be added for a credit card transaction. What a crock - not all service visits are cheap and using a credit card is needed to pay the full balance. Seems like the local pizza joint requires a $5 purchase for a credit card transaction? They don’t charge me 3% on top of that.
