Prius oil change and repair

Great service top to bottom Efficient people and very friendly, everything was explained before and after service, I’m really pleased and for sure recommend Toyota of Richardson, I’ve been to several Toyota dealerships around Texas but nothing like it, good job.

Arrogant and Disrepectful

We went to buy a used car , Tracy Brown was the person we supposed to meet . Even though we had an appointment he behaved as if we did not have appointment. Further to our dismay he started addressing himself as third person and his body language depicted as if he was doing favor to show us car. I would prefer negative rating unfortunately don't have one. Note: Next time be courteous to people.

Quick work

I went in for a warranty tire replacement and was surprised by how fast the whole process went. My Service advisor was bilingual which helped out a a lot when she was explaining the process to my parents. 10/10 perfect!

Excellent repairs

Everything done well on on the car. Hated the extra for using the credit card!!!! Hated to have to stand there and wait while they phoned to check my card!!!

Best car buying experience EVER

Robert Alicea is a rare find for a saleman, honesty and integrity is what I found the first time I met him and was consistent thru out the process. Started shopping a month ago and knew that I had found where I would purchase my next car and now all others to follow. As a female we are taking as an easy mark, never was that an issue with Robert and in the end he went above and beyond to make the deal happen the way I NEEDED IT TO BE, not his. Great guy to buy a car from. Definitely will refer everyone.

Best Toyota Dealership in Dallas

Went in to renew my ZTAK and had a nail in the tire. Tire was replaced at no charge because of the maintenance program Toyota has. No questions asked.

Best car buying experience EVER!!!

Our experience purchasing our new 4Runner was the best one we've ever had! Sean Russell was incredibly instrumental in our car choice and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! His outstanding customer service is A++ in our book! Ouss, our sales associate was truly amazing!! He was the most knowledgeable sales guy we have ever seen and his attention to detail was absolutely incredible!! He went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased, that no rock was left unturned so to speak with regards to educating us about the coverage on the car AND all the fine details/gadgets in the car. WOW!!! I've owned several Toyotas and would buy one again and again from Toyota of Richardson! Also, we would like to thank Brad Clark for his hard work in making Toyota of Richardson a true customer service environment and for making us feel like family during this car buying process! Thank you!!!
