Excellent customer service

Satisfied customer

Kevin Mcquire was an excellent advisor, very personable, up front and honest . He kept me informed with what needed to be done and what I could wait till my next visit. I was very impressed with Kevin’s professionalism. I will ask for him every time I take my car in.

Excellent as usual

I have always received excellent service from Alan and the service department. I get my car in and out in a timely manner. In the past year, the shuttle service could use some improvement. There doesn’t seem to be enough shuttle drivers to get your customers back-and-forth to their car in a timely manner.

Great Expereience

The people at Toyota of Richardson are outstanding. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable. Our sales person Terry Torbet greeted with a smile and made our experience very enjoyable. There were no surprises as he covered the process throughly. The financing went smooth as can be and it was a very quick process. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be back again when i am in the need of a car.

Service advisors very professional

The advisors always do a professional job and and friendly to deal with . Techs on the other hand. Need to clean there hands and listen to detail fron the advisors . As my advisor personally went back in the shop to grab the tie I asked to keep and put it in my truck. You have an amazing man right there . He cares for the customers a d is very friendly and professional
