My sales associate filled my order promptly and exactly.
I just leased a new RAV4. The model, color and equipment that I wanted was not available at this dealership nor any of the other Toyota dealerships in the DFW area. My sales associate, Bruce Donnelly, went the extra mile to located the exact match in route to another dealership and was able to arrange a swap. This is the 3 vehicle that I have purchased or leased from Toyota of Richardson.

Bad news Good service
I took my 2006 4Runner in for a whining nose from the rear end. After an expensive repair of the rear bearings I was ready to pick up the 4Runner. The service rep took it for one more test drive. There was still noise. Now it was The differential. More big bucks. Part way through this process I checked on trading the 4Runner as is. The service department and used car department worked well together to lay out the options. I decided to repair the 4 runner. The service department and used car department provided excellent communication throughout the process. They helped out by minimizing costs where they could. They complete repairs in the time frame and price range that they quoted.

Went in for oil change and got excellent service.
Thomas (my service advisor) took care to inform me of what was needed today. Had an oil change, tire rotation and over all check of my car. Had a free air conditioning check up. My car is ready for summer. Very friendly staff and clean facility. Will return there for service in the future.

Great customer service and detailed work!
Amazing customer service and they got the job done! They helped me troubleshoot to figure out noises and failures in my car, followed up to my phone calls and explained what needed to be done.. A huge thanks to both Mitch and Raymond!!! .This dealership cares about its customers and that's #1 in my book!

Excellent service experience
I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of my service experience at Toyota of Richardson! I was able to get a service time that worked for me! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Even with so many cars to service, the wait time of about an hour, was highly acceptable! I would highly recommend Toyota of Richardson for servicing your vehicle!

Came in because the wrench light came on
Work was done in a timely manner. Everything was done just fine. I really like this dealership. The people are very friendly and accommodating. I’m getting tired of writing this review. I don’t have 25 words to say.

Great service oriented dealer
I haven't had a bad experience at Toyota of Richardson and appreciate the attention to detail and working with Thomas Pablo each visit. The vehicle is ready when promised and I can plan around the service schedule. The dealership is convenient all the way around.
