2006 4Runner still going
They were honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t. If you want 300k+ miles out of a Toyota, I would recommend Toyota of Richardson. I Hope to get another 150k miles out of my 4Runner.

Lee gives superior service -TOR
Lee Schuster continues to give me superior customer service. He is knowledgeable, prompt and always professional. I have a Toyota dealership a mile from my house but have been driving to TOR for 29 years and continue to share with my friends that TOR is the BEST service department in Dallas. Previously, I was a Sewell Cadillac customer! I miss Alan Bostley! The ladies in the check out area are superior — they go above and beyond. They are friendly, professional and willing to go above and beyond.

My service request was taken care of immediately!
I came in at 5:15 PM concerned about a bubble I found it the,sude,wall if driver front tire on my 3 month old 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid. My service advusor Lee took a look at my front tire, and in less than an hourctge tire was replaced and no charge! Now you know why I've been a loyal Toyota and Lexus customer since 1999!
