Good Car Shopping Experience

Car sales staff pleasant and helpful in answering questions. Also, good Finance department staff. Ended up purchasing my 5th Camry in the end run. Love the new Apple Car Play and safety features the Camry has.

Very Professional and Courteous

Toyota of Richardson Service Department is very professional while at the same time they are courteous and honest. On a number of occassions, I have pulled in with simple questions or needing minor help and the service personnel dealt with things without a lot of fuss. The procedures at the dealership appear to work well and the staff uses those procedures intelligently to satisfy customers, rather than other dealerships where procedures become an impediment to customer satisfaction.

Trade in car

It's not my first time visiting them and they are have always made me feel at home. Waleed and Syed were so helpful, friendly and patient. They have worked with me and don't rush me just to make a sale. I'll be back to see them soon :)

My advisor Jeff Harris was very helpful

The staff was very friendly, professional the dealership was clean. The only problem the waiting room was extremely cold most people had too Waite on their vehicles outside because of the cold conditions even with a jacket on. The service was very good.

Help me saving money as less as i need. Response as soon as possible. The food and drink are delicious and the waiting room is cosy.
