Long time customer
Lee did good job explaining service needed. Would help to have more than one shuttle driver. Had to wait nearly one hour for shuttle to return to service area to pick me up for ride home

Friendly, Thorough, Competent!
Scott was my sales person . He told me exactly what his team was going to do to make my 2009 Camry Perform more efficiently! I had bought new tires, and one( front right) had a new tire that had not been put on properly..... due to a earlier mishap). Scott made sure it was corrected and placed back on correctly! Plus, his team found some other situations that needed work, and took care of them! Though my time spent was 3 hours..... it went by quickly and someone asked me several times during the wait if I needed anything! Time passed quickly, and I now have a great car that runs better than ever! Thank you Toyota of Richardson, and, especially Scott!

Oil change
My oil change service was done professionally. I was advised of some minor issues with my car that needed to be addressed. I will return on Tuesday to get that taken care of. I was not pressured to have repairs not needed at this time. Great job!

10 on all levels Leslie Alvidrez at the Toyota of Richardso Service Center: direct phone# is key to efficient communications . Leslie Alvidrez was on target in terms of setting expectations. She went beyond expectations in following up on the same day. A very attentive and responsive listener. The information she received was appropriately noted and the appropriate action taken. Her comunication acknowledges the customers perspective. She appears to be the agent for customer that accurately communicates Toyota's service practices. Every commitment she made was accurate. She appropriately handle two customers needs in a brief and polite professional manner. A cheerful spirit with a professional service attitude. Toyota lease
Worked on a lease package with Todd Owen's. He is extremely knowledgeable about new technologies in the 2020 models. He went above and beyond in explaining and discussing reservations we had about some of the features.
