Exceeded our expectations
I made appointment w service advisor from this dealer. And he keeps us informed of what has gone wrong w our vehicle. And suggest what needs to be done based on priority. The advisor performance is far exceeded our expectation. He treated us and other of his customers w respect and well informed. I have come back to this dealership for yearly maintenance even after moving out of the city of Dallas.

I've never been disappointed in the service since Lee Shuster has been my Service Advisor. Before returning to Toyota of Richardson I tried another Toyota dealership & had trouble with the same repair within a year.

Older Toyota Sienna needing some major repairs
Came in for an oil change and found I needed some costly repairs mostly, due to age of vehicle. Lee Schuster,my service advisor for many years, took great care of me (as he always does). He thoroughly explained the repairs, and I know he will only recommend repairs that are needed. It is so nice to have someone you can trust. I keep driving from Lewisville to Richardson for all my service because of Lee, and there is another Toyota dealership within 8 blocks of my house. Everyone at your dealership is friendly and knowledgeable. Toyota of Richardson is great.

Rodent-Chewed Wires Repaired
Toyota or Richardson quickly repaired my two-year old Camry’s wires that were chewed by rodents—and did a great job. And got recommendation on what to do to help keep rodents from getting in the engine again.
