Older Toyota needing repairs

I would highly recommend Toyota of Richardson’s service department. I have a 20 year old Tacoma with almost 400,000 miles and needed a brake job and reseal the head gaskets. Brandon was thorough in his explanations and kept me notified throughout the process. I wish all of my vehicle repairs went so smoothly. Chuck ..

Wonderful

This was the best car buying experience i have ever had .I have been to several different dealership and never been treated with such respect. The was no hard sell and were willing to work with the thing i felt were important to make deal happen.

Great experience

Great visit for a first time new customer

I came in because I had an appointment with Miguel, I also worked with Leon. They were both great and I was finally able to get rid of my current vehicle. I got a low end model vehicle to build my credit within my budget. They gave me great advice on how to build my credit so I can get the car I really wanted. The staff was helpful, friendly. Got men’s greet rate for someone with my type of position I was in. Now I can’t wait till next year to se show much my credit has gone up and how much lower my interest rate will be.

I have all my maintenance done here and they always do a great job - quick, friendly, professional and the center is clean. I like being able to schedule my drop off time.

Scott Michael is legit!

Only took four different reps across the metroplex before we found Scott. We tried Toyo of Rockwall; Cowboy Toyo; Toyo of Dallas and SportsCity Toyo. All of those service guys/gals were just lacking in what I call ‘people skills’. I’ve owned Toyota’s for going on 20 years and dealt with service departments all over the eastern and central US, and in my experience during that time, I have had extremely great luck with your vehicles but sometimes service comes in as an ‘E’ for effort. Scott Michael exemplifies the quality of service that is commensurate of the name ‘Toyota’ and provides a level of follow up and attention to my concern that is measured only by your brand’s quality. I would heartily recommend him for a greater role within your organization, but only if that means he could train others to provide the level of service that he provides.
