No hassles just the work I needed

Did not buy my truck at this location, but felt part of the family and as important as if they were my dealer. All repairs were explained clearly and things that were not critical to perform was stated as such and not pushed to do unnecessary repairs. Will be back next year for some maintenance that is needed in that time frame. I have enjoyed my truck more than any vehicle I have ever owned. Toyota is quality!

Used Car Purchase

Experience was ok. Salesperson was ok. Process started with what appeared to be deceptive advertising. Specifically, over $1600 in additional dealer charges other than tax, title and license added to what was advertised as a sales price. This was eventually removed when I complained. Also, for a Dealership that size, used vehicles are not reconditioned to the level one can pay for the. and drive off without having to spend additional cash to bring them to acceptable condition. The vehicle I bought still has clips missing from the rear bumper.

The Best Service

I received the best service and everyone is very courteous. The patience exercised was the best that I have ever seen. Pros and Cons was explained to me and my wife so we could make the best choices that would meet our need. Awesome experience!!

Great Expedient Service

David greeted me at my vehicle with a smile and explained all my questions thoroughly, then the check out process was quick and easy, And I was on my way!

Detail to service was very professional.
