It was very informative, and satisfying
My experience although expensive was very satisfactory. My car was in and out as planned with feedback given by service representative. I really appreciate how professional, courteous, and helpful my service representative was. He made the cost of repairs very understanding and needed.

Hardest place to buy a car
Buying a car is one of the most frustrating large purchase experiences that exist to start with. You would think you would leave after buying a car that you would feel excited, happy about your new beautiful car... but my experience is you leave there just happy to get out and it's almost a relief to be done. After hours and hours of searching and visiting multiple dealers and wasting time together with my wife and finally got to a point that i didn't even care about getting a good price. We found the car we wanted, had our trade in Kelley Blue book trade in offer and off i went to Toyota of Richardson once they confirmed they had the car we wanted. I went alone to get the deal done as i knew my wife would not have the time or the patience. Of course they didn't have the car on premise... but they could get it. 3 hours it took to buy the car... so i thought. I left and they said they would be ready for my wife to sign for the car, 3 hours later. We had the financing done ourselves. She showed up 5 hours after I had left the check, they weren't ready. They showed a total lack of respect for her time, having chats about the final four, after 2 hrs sent trainee to go over the paperwork, which is code word for selling additional warranty. She had enough and after a total of 9 hours she left with the Mercedes we had arranged to trade in. Total incompetence, the only way this would have been an easier sale is if i came in with a bag of money and begged to buy one of their cars. No respect for people's time. We could buy a plot of land in Iraq faster than buying a car at Toyota of Richardson.

Service
I bought my Avalon from this dealership, and continue to have it cared for by their service center. I have an assigned service manager, so I know who will be handling, and organizing the service for me. Whether it’s mechanical maintenance, or tires, it’s done and ready in a timely manner. Since my car is a Toyota, it doesn’t need a lot, but it’s reassuring to have such a professional backup available.

Friendly staff
