Toyota of Richardson continues to get it done
Toyota of Richardson continues to get it done. I have been taking my Toyota trucks here for years now. Lee Schuster continues to take great care of me and I know that I’m in good hands with him. People are generally wary of taking their vehicles to dealerships, but I can’t imagine taking my truck anywhere else.

New Car, Same Quality Service!
Toyota if Richardson has a busy Service Department for good reason. They do quality work everytime. Lee took great care of me and my car, as usual. (He's been my service advisor for more than 10 yrs. and for now a third Toyota in the family!) Sure there was a line at the cashiers' desk, but it was the typical rush at the end of the day. The cashiers are really great at processing payment efficiently. I may have purchased my new Toyota from a different dealer, but I will continue to bring my new Toyota ONLY at Toyota of Richardson for service.

Wiggle and shake
Took my car in with issues with shaking during driving. Parish got me in and out as fast as he could. He let me know what they were doing and what was needed. He was amazing.

Feel well cared for, couteous
The online booking system is useful. Staff are very courteous. Job done well. Not always super-quick! Extras (cookies, water, good WiFi in clean waiting area) are good
