Best dealership experience within 100 mi of Dallas

I would know, I spent 8 days in contact with every possible dealership and had plenty of terrible experiences. My experience at toyota of richardson was great though. They found a way to work with me on the financing and made it much easier for me. They were helpful, respectful, kind, thorough and patient. They stayed till after 11pm so I could leave with my car that night. I worked with Todd, Lonnie and Syed and they were all wonderful. I had almost given up on the dealerships and was considering just getting a bike or aomething to stop dealing with some of the ***** dealers but am very glad I went to Toyota of Richardson. Highly recommend, especially any of the three guys I mentioned. Syed is the best finance guy in Texas, that I am sure of.

Very satisfied with the explanation of mi issue

Everybody is very cortius and helpful, Kevin took the time to explain all the services that my vehicle need including the next more likely repair

Jesus Castillo is why I come back.

There are a couple of Toyota service centers around me in Dallas Tx. I choose to come back to Toyota of Richardson because of what a great job Jesus Castillo does!

New Corolla needed

This was very easy process and also took much less time than my last purchase. My salesperson was great. Got a great deal they Khalid in Finance. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car.
