Long distance purchase in 24 hrs
Shopped several dealers in Kerrville & Boerne looking for a mid size SUB. Narrowed the search to a Lexus RX 350L then went to Auto Trader.com. Saw exactly what we were looking for in a low mileage 2018 and sent an inquiry at 8:50pm. Received a call from Tracy Brown at Richardson in 5 mins. After receiving some additional info the next morning from Tracy, we got in our Mercedes CLS550 and drove 5-1/2 hhs to Richardson Toyota. Car was everything as stated. Trade negotiations were fast & fair (they matched a quote we had from another dealer). Drove the new car home same day. Very happy customers so far. Tracy Brown was really good.

Good service
Good first visit and service. Scott was excellent. He showed me around the service department and when my vehicle was ready he went over the services performed. I only wished they vacuumed and washed the vehicles once the services are complete.
