Tacoma

Both Lonnie and Syed made the experience great. First time new car buyer and the process was very streamlined. They had a nice promotional rate on a Tacoma. I was only there a few hours and got the vehicle I wanted with proper coverage.

Great experience

15K Toyota Care service

Jesus Castillo was friendly and efficient in getting my Sienna in and out accomplishing the service and alignment in a reasonable amount of time. He explained everything that would be done and delivered on that explanation. Thank you!

Toyota RAV4 Repair

The only negative comment I have is that my original service manager, Easy Newsome, is still on this list and also on the list of available service managers when booking online. Easy was a personal friend. He was the reason we chose Toyota Richardson. This shop cleaned house when Easy was terminated. If his name is still on the list, I am sure multiple other ex-employee names are on here as well. In today’s online and digital world, why wouldn’t the people managing the online experience for Toyota Richardson have updated this information? My current service manager Crystal is not on the list as well.

great customer service

A wonderful experience. All the people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Randy worked hard Nick did a great job and the service staff prepared the car excellent. I was able to speak with the head man Brad Clark. They really want the deal to be a win win. They showed the cars I might like and some how I left with a great deal. Strongly recommend you visit. Brad made me feel so at home.
