So first off, I love Dodge cars. It’s been my dream to own one. I’m 20 years old. Roughly 8 months ago I go in with the intentions of trading in my car... and leaving with a Charger. The salesman I got insisted that I buy a brand new vehicle for the rebates. Refused to let me check out a used car or something for a lower price. I ask him about trading in my current car car, he then tells me to, and I quote, “just give it back to the dealership I got it from.” He refused to take the vehicle as a trade in. Me being 19 years old being very eager and excited and ignorant, I make a down payment for a 2018 Dodge Charger and still continue to make payments with very high interest and lots of negative equity. And guess what! I’m stuck with it because WHEN I GAVE THE CAR I WAS TRYING TO TRADE IN TO THE ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP THEY PUT A REPOSSESSION ON MY CREDIT. SO I AM STUCK WITH A HIGH INTEREST VEHICLE WITH $15k IN NEGATIVE EQUITY AND CANNOT REFINANCE OR TRADE IT IN BECAUSE I WAS ADVISED TO RETURN THE CAR I WAS TRYING TO TRADE IN AND LOST ALL OF THE CREDIT I HAVE BEEN BUILDING FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS! (: On top of that, I figured since I’m putting so much money into this car and the dealership that when time to service the car comes around it’d be an extremely pleasant experience! It is the complete opposite. The advisor that comes up to you (if they even do that. sometimes you have to go to them and sometimes they’re not even in their office so you’re standing around your car looking like an idiot,) when you go in for an get express oil change he just has a blank look on his face. Not welcoming at all. I’ve come in for an oil change and tire rotation four times, and every single time they manage to charge me for things I never requested and I then always have to get a new receipt and the service advisor ALWAYS says, “that ones on me.” Yeah you’re xxxx right it is. Every time I come in for a service I give them my phone number for incase they need to contact me, because I love looking at the cars and trucks. They never call me and they wait for me to come back to tell me they’ve been looking for me and trying to talk to me about something as if it’s my fault for not standing in the car port or lobby for an hour. And last thing, while I’m looking at cars while mine is getting serviced, every single time a salesman will FOLLOW me around trying to sell me cars! That makes sense if I didn’t tell them so already have a car through them getting serviced. And even after saying that I still get followed around and they try to sell me a car! Are you serious??? I get that I signed for the car and it’s entirely on me the financial decisions I make but this salesman who sold me my charger knowingly gave a 19 year old with no knowledge of the system the worst possible advice and ended up destroying my credit and financial freedom. Thanks Arrigo in Ft Pierce, for ruining the next few years of my life! I dread coming here every time!
ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: DO NOT BUY CAR FROM ARRIGO. BOUGHT 2016 JEEP PATRIOT THAT SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING. ARRIGO GAVE JEEP... BACK TO ME AFTER ABOUT 10 DAYS IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. JEEP IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT THEY SAID THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND I SHOULD JUST CONTINUE DRIVING THIS DEATH TRAP! WHAT NEGLIGENCE! SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE NOW. DO NOT BUY FROM ARRIGO, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!
I really enjoy working Christian Bailey. Great individual and great at what he does in the used car department. As a used car manager he will go above... and beyond to make sure everything goes well. Thank you chris.
We've been a customer of Arrigo Dodge, Ft. Pierce for 2 years. I do agree that getting someone on the phone is challenging, but we live close by so we... just stop in; but if you ask for a direct service line to a service tech when you're there to use later, it's okay. Customer service is very good. As for prices, all dealerships are pricey. We have an Acura, so I won't fault Arrigo for pricing. Our local RAM dealership is the same way. As for buying, they're a dream! We were down the road at their competition in Stuart, looking for a RAM 6.7 diesel truck for heavy RV'ing. After two hours of being worn down and triple teamed, I grit my teeth and told them we were 'getting out of Dodge' (No apologies for the pun) Drove to Ft. Pierce, got Nick Nolte (actually Lou), the sweetest, low key guy ever. Walked the parking lot, found the dream truck at a sweet deal!!! So totally happy. The competition, whom we bought a truck from before, lost us as customers, but Arrigo Dodge is our go to Dodge dealer now. If they don't change their method's we'll be happy campers.
The person that helped me had a lot of bad things to say about the dealership and the cost of the brand new Dodge Dually that I was looking at.. the service... department is absolutely horrible and obviously does not know how to fix a Dodge truck properly.

Took my wife's car in for a recall as soon as they opened in the morning. They flat-out ignored her as she was waiting to be helped. After 10 minutes... of waiting and seeing other customers that came in AFTER her being helped before her, she finally spoke up. Service adviser didn't even apologize and acted as if she was a thorn is his side! Was told that the repair would take 3 hours and car would be ready by 12:00. Well 9 hours go by and no word from them so we called to check on the car. Was told the vehicle hasn't even been touched yet and that it would have to be done the next day!!! To make a long story short, the next day comes and we had to call multiple times as we could not get anyone to call us or even return a message. Vehicle was finally done a day and half after promised. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!

I purchased my 14 Grand Cherokee used from here. They were pretty easy to deal with - no haggle the internet price was the price. Thing went OK, until... the detailer tried to scrape the sticker off the tinted windows - well they fixed that or paid me back to fix it. All was great until I needed service....Here is where it all went downhill. 1. Getting someone to pick up the service phone is an act of congress, and when you DO they book weeks out - OK must be a nice busy shop. -Note they have an online booking site that NEVER worked. 2. I finally got a appointment booked. Dropped it off and things were good. 3. Price was $392 to change 6 spark plugs - OK A LITTLE INSANE Right. 4. Picked up the car and things seemed to be OK. 5. 4 days later I get a trouble light. 6. Lucky I have a mechanic at work, and he found one of my hardened vaccum line was cracked (one of the lines they HAD to remove to work on the plugs) 7. Tried to call - 5 times waiting 5-10min on hold - Got to leave a Voicemail and Never got a call back. 8. Went and picked up the part AT THE SAME SHOP - $45. 9. Told my advisor about it and he had little care about helping me fix my car again. 10. Sent an email / contact from the web site - 7 days later - NO RESPONSE. So if you BUY A CAR HERE -- DO NOT SERVICE IT HERE. They do poor work and DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!
The worst possible service. This is how they treat women. I drove my car in for a $50.00 oil change and came out with no oil and a bill to get my car... released for $160.00. In addition, in order to have oil in my car, Randall said I needed oil pan, at a cost of $1,000 plus dollars. I had to have my car towed to another facility in order to get repairs done. HE DID NOT GIVE ME THE COURTESY CALL TO GO OVER THE ESTIMATE AS PROMISED. AFTER I REACHED OUT TO HIM AND ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. HE TEXTED BACK THAT HE WOULD CALL ME WHEN REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED. I HAD TO TEXT HIM TO ASK FOR THE TOTAL COST. HE TEXTED BACK THE TOTAL WITH A REQUEST TO TEXT HIM BACK AUTHORIZING THE REPAIR. AFTER TELLING HIM I COULD NOT PAY THAT AMOUNT AND NOT TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS,HE SAID HE ALREADY ORDERED THE PARTS AND THEY WOULD BE IN THURSDAY. I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER OR KEEP THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVED. HE OFFERED ME A 10 PERCENT DISCOUNT.(LOL) HE THEN SUGGESTED I BUY THE PARTS AND KEEP THEM UNTIL I COULD AFFORD TO GET REPAIRS COMPLETED AT THE OTHER FACILITY. THANKS FOR NOTHING. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR DRAINING THE OIL AND FOR ATTEMPTING TO PUT A LARGER SCREW INTO THE OIL PAN, WHICH THEY SAID DIDN'T WORK. NOW I DON'T KNOW A LOT, BUT DIDN'T THE OIL HAVE TO BE DRAINED AND REFILLED ANYWAY FOR $50.00. HOWEVER THEY CHARGED ME $160.00 BECAUSE I DID NOT GET THE REPAIRS, HE (RANDALL)IGNORED ME AS IF I WASN'T THERE. A SUPERVISOR HAD TO ASSIST ME. THIS EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. BY THE WAY, I DID NOT NEED AN OIL PAN. GO FIGURE.

The first one was removed. I will keep posting until it stays on.
Worst customer service experience. Didn't repair the original issue. Greasy handprints and grease spots on headliner and carpet when I receive the vehicle... back. Broke an interior trim piece and denied it. Asst. Service manager Joe Barrone never returned phone messages ( 3 separate days). Service manager George Riker didn't return messages either. Beyond unprofessional. They simply go to the simple fix without proper investigation, dont resolve the issue charge you, and send you on your way . Dont waste your valuable time and money. Find an alternate reputable dealership.
