This is a review for the Lincoln sales team. I had the pleasure of working with Carson Long, the internet sales manager. After a bad experience at a Lincoln dealership in Plano, I was in no mood to continue shopping. I reached out via email to Carson and he made our bad situation into an excellent one. We worked on the price and trade over emails, texts and phone conversations. He was honest, polite and a joy to work with. The entire deal was on paper and our financing was approved the day before we came to the dealership to sign and drive away with my wifes new mkx. Usually car deals leave you with a bad taste in your mouth but working with Carson was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had.
