Bad experience
Bad experience. I have made an appointment with them and told them when I would arrive. However, they did not prepare for that. It took about 30 minutes for them to find the car I want, and I just sit in the lobby alone. And what makes me more disappointed is that when they found the car and I began to do the test drive, I found the car is a damaged car, and that damage is obvious. Also, that car is already out of fuel, so I even could not do a test drive. I think they should not sell a damaged car to a customer as a large Ford dealer. After I change to try another car, I could not play sounds with my phones connected to the media inside, and the staff also do not know how to do it. I need help and want to know if there is something wrong about the media. But one seemed experienced staff told me that the media is good, and if I buy the car, he will do that for me. It is so terrible that I just need the help now but not after buying the car. Therefore, I decide not to talk further, and leave this dealer. It took me 2 hours, more than 100 miles to drive to this dealer, but I was treated like this. It is very bad.

2016 F150 XLT
We are very happy with our experience with the salesman Reid Harmon and our experience at Grapevine Ford in purchasing our truck. Reid did an excellent job working with us and helping us find the truck of our choice. There is so much leg room in the back seat and plenty of leg room in the front, too. We are looking forward to the Ford Family dinners at Grapevine Ford. Thank you Harmon for helping me find the truck for my Husband. He is a happy camper on Cloud 9!!

Purchase of a 2016 F-150 XLT
We had a great experience at Grapevine Ford with Reid Harmon, our salesman. He is a great guy and did an awesome job helping us find the right truck. We would refer any of our friends looking for a new vehicle to Reid Harmon. We are very happy with our F-150 XLT and impressed with all of the leg room in the back seat. The extra thought that Ford put into the design, like putting the Ford logo on top of windshield to block the sun out between the sun visor. We are happy with our overall experience with the dealership salesman (Reid), with financing, the service center and the cafe.

When I take my car for service I have never felt like I was "talked in to" having unnecessary work done. They have been honest when asked if I needed to do something that doesnt require repair or updated. I appreciate this.
