Mary Hill is always very helpful great customer service

Mary Hill is always very helpful great customer service and goes above and beyond to help I will highly recommend this dealer. All the other staff are also very friendly and have great customer service skills.

Great customer service advisor answer all my questions help me out with my check engine light had 2 codes one for a misfired an another one for a camshaft sensor

I found an excellent service rep at Group 1 Ford of Southwest Houston. Zac is my service rep. My 2010 Ford Taurus SHO is a beautiful car, I love it. But at 15 years old and 140,000 miles, repair decisions are difficult. I can't spend two or three times what my SHO is worth in maintenance. Zac helps me make difficult decisions concerning what maintenance is critical and what is not. I trust him. I don't have good experiences at dealerships, but Zac is an exception.

I took my truck my Fors F-150 because it was giving me a heating coolant message. Overall they did a great job but the labor cost was a little high, but David was good service advisor.
